Its like Advertising but when any visitor of your blog click an Affiliated Marketing ad that you displayed and buy that item from there, you will get paid some commission. Amazone, Clickbank, Commisionjunction are most popular companies in this regard.
Sell Ad Space: In this way you will display the ads of some companies who contact you for ad space on your blog. But this happens, when your blog is very popular its page rank is good and you having thousands of visitors on daily basis.
